Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day licensing management for Fortnite, with an emphasis on toys, collectibles, and adjacent categories
Manage global licensee relationships from product development through retail execution, ensuring creative alignment and commercial success
Support Epic Games brand and product strategy by translating creative goals into scalable licensing programs and retail initiatives
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key categories for Fortnite and Rocket League, aligned with brand and retail priorities
Partner with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to manage deal tracking, royalty performance, and quarterly reporting
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to bring licensed products to market through launch campaigns, retail activations, and storytelling moments
Deliver ongoing category analysis, partner performance insights, and strategic recommendations to optimize portfolio growth
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products, or brand management, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or toy categories
A deep understanding of brand and franchise development, product lifecycles, and global retail trends
Proven success managing multiple high-profile partners and priorities with precision, diplomacy, and accountability
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
Clear and persuasive communication style that is collaborative, proactive, and solution driven
A resourceful, level-headed problem solver who thrives under pressure and takes ownership from start to finish
