Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of donors and board members with giving capacity of $5K–$100K+, focusing on unrestricted gifts; achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Lead the end-to-end execution of Giving Societies for donors $5K+, ensuring programs are well-marketed, benefits are delivered thoughtfully, and processes are efficient and scalable
Strategically partner with Membership and Marketing to identify and cultivate new donors; implement acquisition strategies, touchpoints, and campaigns to grow Giving Society membership and the broader Individual Giving program
Identify opportunities to improve communications, donor engagement processes, and Giving Society programs; implement scalable and sustainable systems

Required

Success managing mid-to high-level donor portfolios ($5K–$100K+), including solicitation and stewardship

Skilled at working across teams to drive alignment and results
Thrives on building new processes, improving donor engagement, and creating scalable programs
Deeply passionate about the Museum of Science and its mission to help the world love and trust science, with a desire to make a measurable impact through philanthropy
