Responsibilities

Own site S&OP process, translating demand forecasts into material and capacity plans

Optimize inventory levels through MRP parameter maintenance and ABC cycle counting

Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to resolve material shortages and expedite critical parts with accountability, managing both on-site materials and outside vendor services

Implement Lean material‑flow initiatives such as kanban, point‑of‑use storage and visual management

Manage hiring, performance and development of planners, buyers and warehouse staff

Track KPIs (OTD, inventory turns, cycle count accuracy) and drive continuous improvement projects

Work Directly with suppliers and services to maximize contractual obligations and pricing affordability

Ensure on-site Supply Chain Operation policy and strategy align with company core standards
