Responsibilities

Maintains and enhances the CRM system (e.g., Zoho), including data entry, data cleaning, and ensuring data integrity
Creates reports and dashboards, and analyze data to generate insights that inform sales strategies and track performance
Processes optimization to identify and implement improvements to sales workflows and processes to increase efficiency
Provides support for sales order processing and customer inquiries
CRM management, generating critical sales reports
Coordinates and oversees trade show planning, logistics, and execution
Assesses and qualifies inbound leads to support sales pipeline growth
Partners with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns
Serves as the primary contact for external web development and SEO vendors

Required

Highly organized, with the ability to successfully to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, interpret data, and derive actionable insights
Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred
Three to five years of relevant work experience preferred
