Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs

Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions using the POS system

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory control

Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (or currently attending high school)

Minimum of one year of external retail experience, or at least six months as a Sales Associate internally with successful completion of Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training modules

Must be 18 years of age

Ability to achieve placement in the succession program

Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers

Ability to complete all required training within two months of hire

To qualify as a key holder, candidates must successfully complete all Intermediate training requirements. New hires with at least six months of managerial experience may also be considered
