Program Director - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

The Program Director for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) will oversee the management of the program, ensuring quality services and compliance, while providing leadership to staff and coordinating with other agencies.

Responsibilities

Preparing individualized treatment plans
Conducting periodic assessments
Providing skills training and supportive counseling
Advocating for and assisting the consumer with obtaining needed services and maintaining eligibility for social services
Develops strategy for long range plan to support rapid growth within program
Provides leadership necessary to facilitate growth and improvement within program
Works with staff to assist in meeting productivity standards
Monitors and updates policies, procedures and operational guidelines of program to ensure compliance
Educates agency programs and community resources about program
Communicates regularly with other Program Directors to stay informed of concerns, questions, needs and achievements
Is responsible for general oversight of program functionality
Is responsible for the onboarding of clinical staff in conjunction with Human Resources, by scheduling appropriate trainings and shadowing of other clinicians
Facilitates communication between senior leadership and front-line staff by attending leadership meetings and serving as a conduit for important information
Manages the program budget ensuring expenses remain within budget and revenues meet expectations
Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations
Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior

Required

Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately
Must have strong decision-making skills
Must work well in a team environment
Must work with staff, consumers and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful and effective manner
Must be able to work with a diverse group of people
Master's degree and valid master's level WV license in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Supervised Psychologist, or registered nurse
Three years of experience in behavioral health services, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity
Prior computer/PC experience using computerized medical records
Must have a valid driver's license and pass Criminal Investigation Background check and DHHR background check as well as post offer drug screen
Mobility and ability to sit for long periods of time, use a standard computer keyboard, bend, reach and lift up to 10 pounds are required in this position
