RemX is a rapidly growing, internationally recognized OEM specializing in industrial and manufacturing automation equipment. They are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service automated industrial machinery while providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with a technical support team.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service industrial automation equipment at customer sites across the U.S

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical repairs

Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatics/hydraulic diagrams

Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems (PLC experience highly preferred)

Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally onsite

Document service reports, findings, and recommendations

Work independently while collaborating with a strong technical support team

Travel nationally and regionally up to 80%, occasionally requiring 1–2 weeks onsite
