Influencer Marketing Manager
Hourglass Cosmetics is a vegan and cruelty-free beauty brand, redefining luxury cosmetics. The Influencer Marketing Manager will assist with strategy and execution of the influencer marketing program, requiring proven experience in influencer engagement and content creation.

Responsibilities
Develop influencer campaign strategies for both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencer selection – all based on data, insights and trends
Execute influencer campaigns: influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review
Lead on talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions
Support global mailer program
Build and manage community events
Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholders utilizing social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Traackr, etc
Responsible for tracking and maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date
Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept
Partner with Social, Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between our programs
Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Digital and eCommerce teams
Demonstrate ability to think both creatively and critically, willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo while demonstrating sound judgement in strategic decision making
Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
Energetic self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points to internal & external teams
Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative, with a passion for and understanding of the influencer/social space and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and platforms
Demonstrates ability to think both creatively and critically; willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo while demonstrating sound judgment in strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years influencer marketing experience with minimum 3 years in Beauty
Passionate about the Beauty Industry
Strong project management skills – timings, details oriented, flawless execution
Must understand Influencer Marketing to its core
Must have excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Up to date with social culture and trends
Established relationships with influencers and industry players
Proven success in community building
Understands best-in-class content storytelling
Must have a good understanding of paid media (opportunities and limitations)
Data oriented, each activation informs the following ones
Must feel comfortable with delivering insights that have real business impact
Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player, and highly organized
Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through teamwork
Has worked in or with a multi-stakeholder environment and knows how to collaborate to get the job done internally or externally
Able to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and offer support across concurrent projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent power point and presentation creation skills
Good knowledge of communications technologies, especially, but not limited to, the Microsoft Office 365 suite, with strong SharePoint skills
Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
