Supply Chain Rotational Associate (June 2026 Start)
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is looking for talented leaders to join its Supply Chain Rotational Program, which aims to develop the next generation of Supply Chain professionals. Participants will engage in various assignments across different functional areas, gaining practical experience and high-level visibility within the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead demand collaboration meetings with key sales channel leaders
Optimize reporting and methodology
Negotiate container contracts
Maintain carrier scorecards
Ensure customer satisfaction for key accounts (e.g.: Walmart and Sam’s Club)
Support raw materials planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required
Intellectual curiosity with a drive for root-cause analysis
Continuous Improvement mentality and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and accomplish goals simultaneously
Strong analytical and data management skills
Demonstrated leadership and growth potential
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Capable of interacting with all organization levels from entry level Associates to Senior Leadership
Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Supply Chain
Preferred
Preferred Supply Chain or Logistics
Co-op or Intern Experience in Supply Chain fields a plus
Multi-lingual is a plus
