Associate Territory Manager

Responsibilities

Participate in new hire home office-based training as well as field-based training
Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product in-services and providing answers and resolutions as needed
Work closely with Territory Manager(s) and Regional Manager to evaluate account activity and prescribing trends
Assist with training and in-servicing for medical staff and support personnel
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
Collaborate with inside office staff to service patients and facilities
Continually strive to improve sales skills by using the SPIN Selling Model and accept coaching by Territory Managers, Trainer and/or Regional Manager
Build skillset to “get past the gatekeeper.”
Demonstrate strong business acumen
Work closely with Manager to identify territory obstacles and opportunities
Proficient with internal program to track facility calls per territory daily
Manage and meet all deadlines for any sales paperwork needed
Demonstrate strong communication skills with office staff when collecting PDF information for Medicare
Identify and discuss local competitors
Clearly communicate insurance opportunities and challenges within a given market
Effectively act as a company resource within specified territory
Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
Complete all required DME training certifications in the required timeframe

Available to travel within assigned territory with overnight stays when applicable
