Responsibilities

Executes project deliverables developed with cross functional teams to ensure on time launch of innovative world class products
Conducts and leverages voice of the customer (VOC), customer/sales analysis, competitive analysis, industry insights, technology trends and other external influences. Reports on product performance, customer and market trends relating to product to management
Manages product forecasts for existing portfolio of products and new product introductions; ensuring stakeholder and leadership visibility
Identifies initiatives with marketing, engineering and operations for maintenance of product line and cost reductions
Achieve financial goals relating (P&L responsibility for the line up to gross margin level) to product revenue and margin that are aligned with the Company overarching financial goals; while managing expense budget. Develop strategic plans for product and vertical market category
Establishes pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals
Develops and implements marketing programs, promotions, sales support and communications material to support efforts in driving product demand. Analyze and report the success/effectiveness of programs
Creates and provides training to Sales team both virtually and in person on new products and supports sales team on key national account
Works collaboratively with engineering, finance, operations and supply chain to drive costs out

Required

Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or related field
6+ Years Relevant Experience
Business travel approximately 10-20%
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience and ability to effectively work and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical skills with understanding of basic business financials
Strong decision-making ability and the ability to work in and build a team environment
Strong technical background and understanding

Preferred

Experience in business to business (B2B) specification and sales process in multi-step distribution environment
Experience in stage-gate product development process and product launches
