Power Inverter Module Innovation Leader
Stellantis is seeking a Power Inverter Module Innovation Leader who will oversee the design and development of Power Electronics components. The role requires expertise in power electronics and collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with specifications and best practices.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the activities related to Power Electronics components (i.e. inverters, converters and charging devices) designs and development
Follow corporate Technology Readiness Level (TRL) process, ensure and document aligned requirements, make assessment on the technology
Work with Stellantis (STLA) internal production team, Program Management Organization (POM) team, advanced purchasing team, cost engineering team, power electronics suppliers, and testing labs to ensure requirements and specifications are followed, as well as industry best practice design features and processes, are implemented
Creation and maintenance of documentation outlining best practices supporting STLA internal continuous improvement initiatives and the development of product technology roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical / Mechatronics / Systems /Mechanical Engineering or related degree field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in high voltage/high power/electric vehicle environments Power electronics/electrical models and simulation experience
Minimum of 3 years of Power Inverter/Traction Inverter development experience
Demonstrable familiarity of power electronics and devices
Understand engineering protocols, design specifications and standards
Understand component HW circuitry and failure modes
Good technical knowledge in applications engineering and product design/development (specifically within an automotive context)
Good working level knowledge of DVP&R and DFMEA
Good analytical, problem-solving skills and methodology
Familiar with Power Electronics analysis and simulations tools
Highly motivated and self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Ability to interface professionally with key customers, cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage multiple responsibilities, one's own time while being mindful of deadlines
Must be task oriented, detail oriented, and accurate with work
Preferred
Master or Ph. D. of Science in Electrical Engineering or related degree field
Power electronics specifications expertise in Electric motor and powertrain controls experience
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and fabrication experience
Semi-conductor manufacturing knowledge
