The role involves providing field support across territories, ensuring consistent service to AAA members, and building strong business relationships with contractors.

Responsibilities
Ensure consistent service to all AAA members and customers through our Independent Contractor Network, the AAA Battery Program & our Approved Auto Repair (AAR) Program
Conduct regular in-person visits to build relationships and reinforce AAA program standards
Provide comprehensive guidance on performance thresholds, business practices, driver training, and overall operational performance
Analyze performance data sets to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with providers to implement strategies
Perform technician ride-a longs to coach technicians and enhance member service
Facilitate the investigation, documentation, adjudication and resolution of AAA Member issues and damage claims
Collaborate with Automotive Services Management to ensure delivery of service to members and resolve area disputes, as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills; engaging, personable, and the ability to work successfully with different communication styles
Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills
Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and de-escalate challenging situations
High school or equivalent
Field service: 1 year
