Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support reliable financial reporting

Perform detailed month-end account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity across all accounts

Prepare and reconcile monthly intercompany transactions, collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and accuracy

Assist in the month-end consolidation process, contributing to a smooth and efficient close cycle

Support vendor creation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely updates

Take responsibility for cash reconciliations, safeguarding accuracy and transparency in cash flow reporting

Assist in the administration of SAP Concur, helping streamline expense reporting and compliance

Support the implementation of company policies and methodologies, driving consistency and best practices across processes

Assist with year-end audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements

Contribute to strategic initiatives, generate ad hoc reports, and provide insights that support decision-making and process improvements
