HR Partner - ICT
Stellantis is a global automotive manufacturer seeking an HR Partner to serve as an advisor to management on human resources-related matters. The HR Partner will build trusting relationships with business leaders and deliver value-added services that align with the organization's objectives, focusing on talent acquisition and management.

Responsibilities
Fosters a culture of performance, feedback and accountability through performance management consultation with leaders and employees. Has an understanding of the tools and processes used to develop talent including talent reviews, rotational programs, career pathing, etc
Partners with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure the selection/development of the right people for new and existing positions
Drives the change management process to help the business navigate the emotions of change and transition, and ensures alignment and commitment through people, process, structure, recognition and/or culture
Understands the business and how talent management affects results. Approaches problem solving from a business-talent perspective
Builds strong relationships and actively networks within the organization building quality partnerships with people leaders and talent at all levels
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders and employees including coaching, counseling and career development
Supports initiatives that enable a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology or related degrees
3 + years in an HR related capacity working in a medium to large organization
Experience as an HR partner and/or talent acquisition, compensation, organization development and/or employee relations activities
Ability to quickly process information, connect and integrate data into solutions and problem solving
Attention to detail and customer service orientation
Self-motivated, action-oriented and demonstrates a sense of urgency
Proactively solves problems and embodies a commitment to high-performance
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others at all levels of the organization in support of business objectives
Naturally curious and driven to understand business operations and quickly acquire technology and industry knowledge
Adept at conflict resolution and providing feedback to improve performance
Basic understanding of HR related legal and regulatory frameworks
Preferred
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology or related degrees
Experience as an HR Partner
