Responsibilities

Generate Revenue through the Aftermarket Sales Function
Improve Customer Engagement though regular customer visits
Improve Spare Parts/Upgrades Sales by visiting customer with Sales Managers and understanding customer needs
Follow up and provide solutions to any technical issue reported by the customers after commissioning
Follow up warranties (Customer – TNA – Customer) after commissioning
Promote and grow tna service contract portfolio to our extensive customer base
Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote the TNA Brand though value selling its equipment and support

Required

Sales, Marketing, Commerce or Engineering disciplines are considered
Proven experience in Technical Sales for the manufacturing (especially food and packaging) industry is advantageous
Fully competent in statistical data analysis
High level of product knowledge
High communication skills
Ability to drive sales processes from plan to close
Well organized
Follow up and commitment to bringing fast and efficient solutions
Able to use CRM/ERP tools (D365), proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and spreadsheets
You must have an eligible work visa for USA to apply for this position
