Responsibilities

Performing thermal and mechanical simulations to support design and validation efforts
Conducting lab measurements and validation testing on Marvell Thermal Test Vehicle packages
Developing and using scripts for data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accurate performance insights

Required

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field
Strong foundation in thermal and mechanical analysis, including familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools (e.g., Ansys Mechanical, Icepak)
Experience or coursework in materials behavior, heat transfer, and structural mechanics
Proficiency in data analysis and scripting (Python or similar) for automation and interpretation of results
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional engineering environment
