Responsibilities
Responsible for working through our ticketing system to configure, implement, monitor, manage, and support all clients IT environments
Qualification
Required
4-8 years server, storage, networking, and security experience
Experience with server virtualization such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware
Strong background with Microsoft products (Azure, Active Directory, 365, Exchange, Intune)
Requires minimal supervision and works with large scope, more complex issues and projects
This is a coaching/mentoring role for Analysts and Engineers
Must be customer service focused
Must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Must collaborate with peers to problem solve and find the best solution and outcomes
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must have ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Degree in field of computer science preferred
Industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco and other is a plus
