Zymo Research is looking for a dynamic individual to join our NetSuite Team! This role focuses on NetSuite system administration rather than heavy coding or software development, providing hands-on experience with how business operations are powered by technology.

Documenting Current and New Scripts

Support Users in day-to-day needs

Develop automation to improve day to day efficiency

Participate in project meetings and contribute to larger projects

Assist in testing systems

Engage in Continuous learning about NetSuite and Business operations

Qualification

NetSuite administrationLogical reasoningBusiness process understandingProblem-solvingUser communication

Required

Some Experience

Basic understanding of systems or databases

Comfortable with logical reasoning and problem-solving

Ability to learn NetSuite workflows, roles, dashboards, and saved searches, etc

Interest in understanding business processes

Comfortable communicating with end users

Ability to translate user needs into NetSuite configurations and solutions

Recommended Majors / Degree Background: Information Systems (MIS / Management Information Systems), Information Technology (IT), Computer Information Systems (CIS) / Business Technology, Computer Science (CS) / Data Science

Preferred

Interest in learning development

No programming experience required (but welcome)
