Sales Manager - Fire Systems
Ruhrpumpen is a global company recognized for its engineering excellence and customer commitment. They are seeking a Sales Manager to develop and lead their Fire Systems business across the United States, focusing on managing relationships and achieving sales targets in the fire protection market.

Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities and meet annual sales targets between $2M and $2.5M USD
Manage and grow relationships with key distributors and fire system contractors in the U.S
Identify and pursue business opportunities in the fire protection segment
Build long-term customer relationships at all levels of the organization (engineering, operations, management)
Conduct negotiations, define commercial strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
Analyze competitive activity (Peerless, Grundfos, Flowserve, etc.) and report market trends
Represent Ruhrpumpen at industry events and customer meetings across the U.S
Travel extensively throughout the United States to develop business relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales of fire protection systems or industrial pumps
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection applications
Proven experience managing distributors and high-value projects
Advanced English; Spanish desirable
For Mexican-based candidates: a valid B1/B2 visa is required (visa sponsorship not provided)
Willingness to travel frequently (high travel role)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
