Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive project specifications for assignments of varying scale, complexity, and building type, working closely with project managers and design teams

Develop, maintain, and update firmwide master specifications in coordination with other Page specification writers

Ensure alignment between in-house project specifications and consultant specifications, facilitating seamless coordination across disciplines

Plan, schedule, and manage your specification workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Support project teams by researching, evaluating, and recommending building products, systems, materials, and construction methods

Maintain strong knowledge of current industry trends, new technologies, and evolving code requirements through proactive research and ongoing communication with manufacturers and technical experts

Build and maintain professional relationships with product representatives and industry specialists to validate and enhance specification accuracy
