Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage accounting staff
Manage full-cycle accounting operations for SNF/ALF facilities
Build and streamline accounting systems, processes, and workflows
Develop policies and procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts
Support leadership and operations with process improvements
Assist with Sage Intacct implementation and optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong SNF/ALF accounting experience
Proven people management experience, including hiring and training staff
Solid Sage Intacct experience
Experience developing policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance
Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments
Exceptional drive, ambition, and problem-solving skills
Ability to be on-site in the Five Towns 4-5 days per week
