Guide projects through their lifecycle
Take initiatives like 'we need to integrate with an external partner' and own them end-to-end
Reaching out to contacts
Scoping requirements
Breaking down the work for developers
Reviewing the final results against the plan
Installing WIP apps locally
Running Docker
Testing APIs
Troubleshooting why something is or isn't working
Defining the specs for 3rd-party integrations
Ensuring clarity for developers
Following up through delivery
Reviewing infrastructure or tooling setups
Qualification
Required
Experience managing technical projects from planning to delivery
Ability to create and review detailed specifications for developers
Hands-on technical skills: installing apps locally, using Docker, testing integrations
Experience with 3rd-party API integrations
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with production environments and troubleshooting workflows
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, or fintech would be a plus
Previous background as a developer, systems analyst, or similar technical role would be a plus
