Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops to understand goals, pain points, and process gaps
Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and functional requirements
Evaluate current state systems and propose Salesforce based improvements
Communicate recommendations with clarity and credibility
Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including objects, flows, automations, and security
Support design decisions in partnership with technical architects
Conduct functional testing and support UAT
Develop documentation that supports adoption, training, and long term governance
Lead functional workstreams within project teams
Manage day to day client interactions and provide structured updates
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Support junior team members through coaching and quality review
Work closely with developers, QA resources, and change management teams
Partner with cross cloud specialists to ensure solutions scale
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, frameworks, and delivery assets
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of Salesforce consulting or functional experience
Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration and business analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without unnecessary force
Experience delivering projects within Agile or hybrid methodologies
Preferred
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
Experience in enterprise environments or large scale implementations is helpful
Experience in Specialized Capabilities: Manufacturing Cloud and advanced forecasting are valued but not required
Familiarity with sales agreements, account forecasting, and run rate modeling
Ability to translate manufacturing processes into Salesforce data structures
Experience with Collaborative Forecasts or custom forecasting architectures
Understanding of demand planning, revenue modeling, or capacity planning
