Responsibilities

Own all interview scheduling activities across multiple departments—ensuring seamless coordination for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

Create and post requisitions, manage candidate communications, and ensure an excellent end-to-end candidate experience

Partner directly with the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition on TA operations, reporting, and recruiting dashboard enhancements

Maintain TA trackers, metrics, and weekly activity updates to support data-driven decision-making

Monitor and manage the U.S. Recruitment inbox and coordination calendar

Support onboarding activities and assist with TA/HR projects that help elevate our hiring processes and candidate experience
