Responsibilities

Managing and supporting on-prem and cloud-based server environments

Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure, network, and systems issues

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows or Linux servers

Supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity management

Administering virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V

Maintaining switches, routers, firewalls, and network appliances

Supporting backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions

Monitoring infrastructure health, performance, and security

Participating in system upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts

Providing Tier 2–Tier 3 technical support
