Responsibilities
Master Advanced Process Design: Design high-purity chemical delivery systems (CDS) for advanced-node manufacturing, ensuring precision and chemical stability
Custom Equipment & Manufacturing: Lead the design and manufacturing oversight of customized equipment (e.g., VMB, CDU), participating in the journey from a concept to a physical machine
Master International Standards: Learn and apply SEMI (S2/S8), UL, and CE certification standards, elevating your design expertise to global professional levels
Integrated Logic: Develop P&ID and PFD, integrating complex control logic, safety interlocks, and automated PLC/DCS architecture
Multi-Material Craftsmanship: Supervise specialized piping installations, mastering techniques for SUS (Orbital Welding), CPVC, PP, PVDF, and PFA (IR Fusion/Flaring)
MEP & Automation Oversight: Lead the construction of Power, Control, and Ethernet/Fiber Optic networks, ensuring seamless system communication
Engineering Excellence (ASME/AWS): Audit construction quality against ASME B31.3 and AWS D18.1 standards. Review WPS/PQR and verify NDT (Helium Leak/Boroscope) results
Safety Integrity: Ensure compliance with NEC, IBC, and NFPA fire and life safety codes
System Validation: Lead start-up activities and functional testing to ensure systems operate safely and meet SEMI/UL/CE design intent
Retrofit Innovation: Plan and execute complex upgrades within active plants, integrating new high-purity systems without disrupting operations—one of the most valued skills in the industry
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in semiconductor facility operations, chemical utilities, or equipment manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
A proactive learner who enjoys problem-solving and values team collaboration
Familiarity with NEC/IBC/NFPA and a strong desire to learn SEMI/UL/CE
Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and specialized piping (SUS, PFA, PVDF)
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and process logic
