Responsibilities
Lead the editing process from end to end - from raw footage to polished final cut - ensuring every piece of content across every customer touchpoint aligns with our brand and business goals
Optimize video content for performance by adapting edits for various needs (including ads, organic, and in-app)
Demonstrate ownership over our production workflows, ensuring high-quality footage, clean/clear audio, and efficient post-production handoffs
Leverage data, insights, and emerging trends to make the right editing decisions and experiment with new formats and styles
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional experience in video and content editing, as well as motion graphics, preferably within a fast-paced brand, agency, or high-growth startup
Passionate about the creative and editing space - you have a large network and stay on top of news and innovation
A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to help create stories that also drive business outcomes
A balanced approach to your work - you're creative yet data-guided
Highly proactive and owner mentality
Proven ability to manage through ambiguity - you don't need a list of detailed requirements, but can figure out a way to get the job done and done well
