Responsibilities
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system projects from initiation through delivery
Oversees projects involving network, server, or software implementations and upgrades, as well as PC deployments
Defines project requirements and coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal business partners
Conducts feasibility studies and needs/impact assessments for upcoming initiatives
Develops detailed project plans and manages full implementation, including:
Resource allocation
Progress tracking
Change control
Testing and validation
Documentation and training
Ensuring on-time delivery within budget
Manages multiple projects that vary in number, size, and complexity
Best aligned to roles where success requires strong technical skills
Oversees projects with a clear beginning and end
Qualification
Required
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system projects from initiation through delivery
Oversees projects involving network, server, or software implementations and upgrades, as well as PC deployments
Defines project requirements and coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal business partners
Conducts feasibility studies and needs/impact assessments for upcoming initiatives
Develops detailed project plans and manages full implementation, including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing and validation, documentation and training, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
Manages multiple projects that vary in number, size, and complexity
Best aligned to roles where success requires strong technical skills
Oversees projects with a clear beginning and end
Experience supporting ERP implementations in enterprises with complex systems architecture
Project Manager (5-7 years of experience)
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP financial reporting, manufacturing, inventory management, and/or quality management
Background in manufacturing operations, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar regulated industries
