Responsibilities

Provides supervision support to the SPD staff

Coordinate and oversee the material and human resources in alignment with AORN, AAMI and CDC guidelines/standards

Possesses demonstrated leadership ability and experience in decontamination, assembly, processing and sterilization of instruments/trays and equipment for a full array of sterilizing methods

Has full knowledge of regulations related to the monitoring and validation process of sterilized items
