Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or Mechanical/Electrical with comparable experience)
PE license (TX or transferable / ability to obtain TX PE)
Civil design experience in utility, water, or sewer projects
Strong communication and customer-focused skills
Proactive, eager, and able to thrive in a small, fast-growing team
Preferred
Gas utility experience
Land development experience (residential or commercial)
Experience collaborating with engineering firms and external stakeholders
