Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of business processes across the Global Data Center Organization
Drive operational excellence by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity while reducing costs
Collaborate with people across AWS to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
