Responsibilities
In this role, you will need to have hands on experience working with engineers as you explore new technologies, drive new initiatives and help build systems and features for hundreds of millions of transacting customers
Developing tools and processes to gain efficiencies in the development and testing lifecycle will be an essential part of the role
You will drive technical discussions with partner teams to implement the right solution for customers and take responsibility, communicate responsibilities and scope clearly and feel a personal stake in the product you ship
You will plan for risk mitigation and run trade-offs and have the ability to thrive in uncertainty, striving to bring order to it, while building positive relationships naturally
Qualification
Required
7+ years technical program management experience delivering large, global products and services using AIML
Exposure to growing and retaining subscribers for consumer facing media services
Strong technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning client and server development
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, PMP or similar certification, and/or deep relevant industry experience preferred
Preferred
Shipping large scale paid Subscription Software or Services consumer products used by millions globally
Experience in Project management of complex, high impact projects from ideation to launch and post launch
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple product and engineering teams for alignment, planning and delivery of products
Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and review sessions across multiple teams
Experience in driving system architectural discussions and driving a scalable platform development
Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of operating autonomously, and being self driven and self motivated to deliver high quality results in an organized manner
Highly organized and able to demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail
Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills for all level of an organization
Naturally accountable and responsible individual
Overall, a highly motivated, results-oriented, problem solver who enjoys a fast paced environment to deliver value to customers
Business-savvy with MBA a plus
