Responsibilities

Serve as the main field liaison to coordinate with the client and subcontractors
Lead daily coordination meetings to align manpower, work priorities, and installation schedules
Review construction plans and support subcontractors with field issue resolution
Monitor field activities and escalate concerns related to schedule, quality, or safety
Collaborate with Design, QA/QC, and Safety teams to ensure project compliance
Ensure subcontractors follow safety requirements and maintain a safe worksite
Track progress, document issues, and provide updates to client stakeholders
Support testing, pre-commissioning, and system turnover coordination

Required

2–5 years of semiconductor facility operations or construction coordination experience
