The role involves creating permitting and construction plans, managing land development applications, and collaborating with project teams to deliver projects for various clients.

Responsibilities
Create permitting and construction plans
Prepare earth disturbance permit applications
Develop municipal zoning and land development applications
Design site layouts and grading
Implement erosion and sedimentation controls
Manage storm water management facilities
Oversee site utilities
Work with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to execute projects
Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials
Participate in the conceptual and design phases, regulatory review process, bidding, and construction
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team setting
Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Previous internship preferred
E.I.T. certification preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or Storm Sewers a plus
