Responsibilities
Assist with engineering analyses, calculations, and designs under the guidance of senior engineers
Support preparation of technical documents including specifications, drawings, and cost estimates
Participate in site visits, surveys, inspections, and field investigations
Contribute to project reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and technical integrity
Help identify project risks and develop basic mitigation strategies
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on project deliverables and logistics
Ensure work complies with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Geotechnical Engineering
0-2 years of relevant industry experience
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain EIT/FG certification within one year; interest in pursuing PE licensure
Familiarity with engineering and collaboration software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, Teams)
Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of engineering principles and field construction practices
