Responsibilities
Maintain the bank’s hedging technology, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful reporting and insights that guide strategic decision-making
Work closely with managers, project leads, and cross-functional partners to collect, prepare, and interpret data from multiple sources
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role
Strong foundation in statistics with hands-on experience using SQL, Tableau, and Python for analysis and reporting
Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large data sets clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decisions
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data findings and insights
Background supporting or maintaining financial services technology, with knowledge of database and data model design
Preferred
Experience around secondary marketing and with solutions like Power Seller, OB, MCT, and similar platforms is highly preferred
