Responsibilities
Drafting of residential Architectural plans using computer aided design programs (AutoCAD or Revit)
Communicating with internal and external clients
Maintaining project records
Producing full construction documents in a production environment
Performing project administration with the assistance of your team leaders
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience with AutoCAD, preferably in the most up-to-date versions within Residential Design
Must have knowledge of FL residential codes (Hurricane, etc.)
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Experience in residential design and documentation
Experience working on full construction documents
Team player with a great attitude
Preferred
Revit experience a plus!
Some knowledge of common Florida Building Codes and construction practices
