Responsibilities

Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical hiring needs and develop tailored strategies

Identify and engage top-tier talent through direct outreach, networking, and creative sourcing techniques

Quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts in robotics, autonomy, AI, and ML to assess candidate qualifications effectively

Manage a seamless and high-touch candidate experience

Maintain a high-level of attention to detail in tracking candidates and recruitment metrics

Work effectively with a wide range of personalities, from engineers to executives

Travel occasionally for career fairs, conferences, and on-site hiring events

Required

4+ years recruiting in technical environments

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Well-versed in Boolean search string manipulation and accustomed to outside-the-box-thinking to find candidates

Experience supporting and collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring they get top talent

Well-versed in managing applicant tracking systems with actions including (but not limited to) dispositioning candidates, contacting candidates, and opening/closing requisitions

Local (or willing to move) to our Arlington, VA location
