Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnerships with business leaders to define reporting needs, success metrics, and data-driven decision frameworks
Architect, implement, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards that drive visibility and accountability across teams
Design Tableau dashboards and visualizations for patient services, operations, finance, and executive teams
Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data within Snowflake, ensuring accuracy and performance
Translate data into actionable insights by producing clear, stakeholder-ready reports that inform decision-making and operational strategy
Establish data definitions, documentations, and promote self-service analytics across PRO-spectus
Configure, monitor, and optimize data delivery methods, including APIs and SFTP automated delivery, to ensure secure and reliable access to business-critical data
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering, delivering scalable solutions
Proven mastery in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development, with a track record of enabling business visibility and performance tracking
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, level-of-detail (LOD) expressions, parameters, and interactive dashboard design to support executive decision-making
Strong command of SQL for data transformation and analysis, with practical experience in Snowflake or comparable cloud-based data warehouse platforms
Working knowledge of dbt and ELT workflows, with experience in FiveTran or similar data integration tools
Experience configuring and supporting automated data delivery pipelines using APIs and/or SFTP, including troubleshooting connectivity and ensuring compliance with security protocols
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
Self-directed and impact-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-value outcomes in a fully remote, fast-paced and growth-oriented organization
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience working with healthcare, patient services, or operational data is a plus
At least two of the following Certifications preferred: Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Administrator, dbt Fundamentals or Advanced Certification, Snowflake SnowPro Core or Advanced Certification
