Responsibilities

Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets to support the company's growth objectives
Regularly engage with partners to expand our product portfolio and build strong, enduring relationships with both existing and new partners
Effectively manage and nurture the relationship between Ingram Micro and Cisco. Collaborate closely with the Vendor Manager to ensure the achievement of margin and revenue targets
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that sales revenue and profitability metrics are met
Assist in executing quarterly marketing plans and work hand in hand with the Ingram Micro sales team to maximize brand visibility
Collaborate with the Vendor Manager and support associates to ensure the continued success of the portfolio
Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to help guide decision-making

Required

A strong background in Channel Sales is essential
Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Previous experience in developing Sales and Territory plans, with the ability to present plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills are a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting
A track record of effectively managing a channel in highly competitive markets

Preferred

Extensive experience with Cisco or competing networking technologies is highly preferred
Experience working in IT distribution is advantageous
Advanced PowerPoint skills are highly desirable
Ideally, Tertiary qualifications in a Business or Marketing field
