Perform initial inspection and repair any identified issues while on-site; or implement a solution plan if needed
Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Check and update field automation systems and databases
Adhere to company procedures and protocols
Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed
Qualification
Required
MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows and doors
Maintains the highest level of customer service and professional attitude
Detail oriented
Quality and precision focused
Dependable and hardworking
Preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
