Responsibilities

Assist in resolving internal customer IT issues
Deploy, move, migrate and retire computer systems whilst minimising business impact, and maximise their efficiency
Maintain, modify and support existing applications
Carry out maintenance of production related equipment
Seek opportunities to automate processes and reduce repetition of work
Ensure equipment, software and hardware are in compliance with directives from SGS
Continuously work to improve technology solutions

Required

Helpdesk Support experience - or a keen interest in computing/technology, with a desire to develop your career within IT
