Field Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and coach Regional Recruiters across multiple locations, developing recruitment strategies that deliver exceptional results for both salary and high-volume hourly positions
Support high-volume hourly recruiting teams, monitoring performance metrics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to develop tailored recruitment solutions for complex hiring needs
Guide team through escalations and challenging recruiting situations
Serve as the strategic partner between Talent Acquisition operations and technology platforms
Champion adoption of recruitment platforms including Workday ATS and CRM systems, maximizing capabilities to improve efficiency
Work with platform administrators to implement process changes, test new features, and provide detailed feedback on system performance
Develop business cases for technology investments and recommend optimizations to enhance candidate experience
Collaborate with our Talent Management team to help influence and deliver comprehensive training programs on recruitment systems and best practices for Regional Recruiters
Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and recruiting playbooks
Lead change management initiatives for system updates and new process implementations
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to highlight successful practices across the recruiting team
Standardize recruiting processes for field salary roles, maintaining templates and tracking KPIs for effectiveness and candidate experience
Analyze labor market trends to inform recruiting strategies and develop innovative sourcing tactics for high-turnover roles
Build strategic talent pipelines and forecast hiring needs with operations leaders
Lead modernization projects to streamline recruiting operations and improve efficiency
Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies
Generate reports on recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
Conduct compliance audits and manage vendor relationships to support recruitment goals
Coordinate capacity planning and workload distribution across the recruiting team
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years in talent acquisition with progressive responsibilities
At least 3 years leading regional recruiting teams or managing recruiters
Experience in high-volume hourly recruiting environments
Proven success managing recruiting operations in multi-site or regional /remote environments
Strong background in full-cycle recruiting for professional and salaried positions in field-based or multi-location operations
Extensive experience with Workday ATS (Recruiting and Candidate Engagement modules)
Proficiency with CRM and other platforms such as Phenom, iCIMS, or Paradox
Track record of improving recruiting metrics through process optimization and technology adoption
Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, candidate experience strategies, and regulatory compliance
Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with experience developing high-performing teams
Advanced analytical skills to identify process gaps and recommend data-driven solutions
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strategic thinker with robust business acumen and customer service orientation
Strong systems aptitude with ability to understand platform capabilities and translate business needs into technical requirements
Proven change management skills and ability to drive adoption of new processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Combination of experience and education may be substituted for degree
Preferred
Experience in poultry (protein), agriculture, or manufacturing industries
Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics platforms
