Start in 2026 SpringSazerac Company is seeking a Leadership Development Intern in Supply Chain to contribute to business-critical projects. Interns will collaborate with the leadership team and engage in hands-on projects that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our leadership team
Gain a deep understanding of our departments and the career paths within them
Take on hands-on projects that directly influence productivity and efficiency
Execute process improvement projects in key areas such as bottling, processing, distribution, and maintenance
Develop and document standards for assigned processes
Deliver an end-of-summer project presentation
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of either program
GPA 3.0 or above
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
