They are seeking a Part Time Retail Warehouse Associate responsible for efficiently moving furniture to the showroom floor, unboxing, assembling, and re-boxing furniture while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Accurately and properly assembling furniture according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring all pieces are constructed safely and meet quality standards

Frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling of furniture, ensuring items are safely transported to designated areas on the showroom floor

Assisting customers with merchandise pick-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient process, and offering excellent customer service throughout

Maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper tracking of products, and reporting any discrepancies or damaged items promptly

Unpacking new furniture and preparing it for display, as well as re-boxing items as necessary for storage or shipping

Assisting with the organization and display of furniture in the showroom to ensure a visually appealing and safe environment

Adhering to safety protocols while handling furniture, using the proper lifting techniques and tools to prevent injury and ensure the safety of all employees and customers

Must be proactive, able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision

Must have the ability to safely and effectively use various power tools for furniture assembly

Strong attendance and punctuality are essential to maintain operational efficiency

Must be able to pass a 75lb physical lift test prior to employment, demonstrating the ability to lift and handle heavy furniture items

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
