Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of contracts – from proposal preparation and negotiation to award administration and ongoing compliance
Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, sub‑contracts, engineering, and other functions to align contract terms with business objectives
Serve as the authorized Company representative to customers, building effective relationships and resolving contractual issues
Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring all contractual actions meet laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority requirements
Prepare and deliver concise contract status reports, data compilations, and performance metrics to corporate and business‑area leadership

Required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred

Incentive Fee Contracting knowledge of both Cost Type and Fixed Price arrangements
Prior Contracts experience working with MDA (Missile Defense Agency) or THAAD work experience
Proven experience negotiating and administering a variety of fixed price type (FFP, FPIF) and cost type contracts (CPFF, CPIF)
Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) experience
Familiarity with the IWTA system and related policies and procedures
Ability to engage in routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions for multi-million-dollar complex contracts
Ability to coordinate DCAA and DCMA activities including audits, performance-based payment plans, etc
