This two-year rotational program offers participants the opportunity to work on innovative power management solutions while developing leadership and technical skills across various assignments.

Responsibilities
Support product engineering projects driving the next wave of innovation for Eaton’s products
Explore various roles early on and participate in the LDP Core Learning Series
Collaborate with senior leaders with mentorship programs woven into your experience
Build your functional expertise and leadership capabilities to maximize your potential for future roles
Support the development of Power Electronics Technology Platforms and Common Hardware Building Blocks
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering from an accredited institution with a graduation date before August 2026
Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent of 3 months of Power Electronics work experience completed at the time of this application
Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States

Preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community
Two or more relevant internships or co-op experiences
Power Electronics industry experience (Power Electronics Hardware/Control Design, and/or Power conversion; Model based design/ electronic circuit design and simulation; Electrical testing, troubleshooting, & validation)
Preferred Software exposure: RTDS, OPAL-RT, Typhoon, dSPACE, MatLAb
Demonstrated exposure to machine learning or AI concepts through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects including experience using AI-assisted development tools, experience in prompt engineering, and working with generative AI models and simulation tools
