They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Robot Technician to support operations at their robotic video capture facility, focusing on maintaining and configuring specialized capture robots and production equipment.

Responsibilities

Install and configure robotic video capture systems based on technical drawings and specifications
Perform regular preventive maintenance on capture stations, lighting rigs, mounts, and related equipment
Assist with setup, teardown, and installation of gear for production shoots or system reconfiguration
Work closely with technical teams to ensure systems are optimized and functioning properly
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or configuration issues quickly to prevent downtime
Keep storage areas, carts, tools, and cables organized and safe
Maintain detailed logs of equipment status, repairs, and updates
Assist with general facility upkeep, including lighting checks and basic repairs
The regular schedule will be Monday thru Thursday, hours 18:00-04:00, however, training will be Monday - Friday during the day to start

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Experience with mechanical or electrical systems in a production or operations environment
Comfortable with video production gear, including cameras, lighting, and grip equipment
Competent with hand tools and power tools
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and instructions
Experience working through problems to find solutions with remote and on-site teams
Reliable, safety-conscious, and highly organized
Strong communicator and collaborative team player
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and access tight or elevated areas
Required to be on-site in Northwest Arkansas
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise
