Responsibilities

Implement AI agents that generate on-brand content, helping marketers to publish high-quality pages effortlessly

Engineer real-time collaboration, so multiple marketers can edit, review, and comment on content in parallel without conflicts

Enable localisation at scale in the Page Builder with AI-powered translations that preserve tone and branding

Building tools that enable account-based marketing through dynamic page personalisation for different audiences

Required

Comfortable designing and building scalable backend services with modern TypeScript runtimes and serverless/edge architectures

Experience (or strong curiosity) with agentic AI development: orchestrating LLMs, chaining tools, and evaluating results

Care about engineering quality: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and secure-by-default design

Understand the challenges of real-time collaboration systems (state synchronisation, conflicts, latency), or are excited to dive in

Think pragmatically about trade-offs: when to optimise for speed, scale, or simplicity

Thrive on close collaboration with designers and PMs to turn product ideas (AI translations, auto-generated pages) into production systems

Write clear code, documentation, and design docs, and you give thoughtful code reviews that raise the bar

Not afraid of frontend, you're happy to tweak the Page Builder UI when it helps the team ship end-to-end

Curious about using AI not just as a feature, but as a force multiplier for engineering itself

Preferred

Experience in high-growth SaaS environments where adaptability and speed are essential

Experience building content creation platforms, page builders, or rich editing tools
